I had seen these on another web site and came to Amazon to see if I could find them here, the other store was kinda shady but anyway these speakers are THE BEST!! I love how you don't have to worry about having a ton of batteries with you when you take them on a picnic or out to the pool. I love the sound and the added bass makes them just that much more loud! they are a little bulky but its worth it for the sound they produce. Deferentially recommend if you need portable speakers for personal use!!

I just got these speakers less than a week ago. I have a netbook that I watch tv on and it has changed the viewing experience from "get to watch shows without a dvr/tv" to "wow, this is what it could sound like!"! haha! Really though, the viewing experience has greatly improved. It is also surprising how much louder these speakers can get than my netbook. I could probably play music for a house party from these baby speakers.

I wanted to buy a set of very portable speakers that I could use outdoors with my laptop or Ipod Touch. With four stars, I certainly expected these speakers to be good. Granted, the price suggested that they couldn't be great, but I expected that they would be at least OK.
First the positive:
They are very portable.
They are relatively well-made (though the cords are extremely thin and seem easily breakable).
They do produce more volume than my laptop speakers.

I had to replace a small set of speakers for travel. I like music in the morning and decided to give these a try. Most little speakers sound like little speakers, you can't expect too much. However, I was blown away by the sound and the volume of these Mini Rockers. Granted the bass is on the light side, but the sound is really sharp and clear.
